We could not have asked for better service when planning our Hawaiian honeymoon! Kim’s extensive knowledge of the area helped us craft our trip exactly how we wanted it. Her excursion and meal recommendations were all fantastic and it was a huge stress reliever to have our entire itinerary pre-planned and confirmed before we even arrived on the island. Kim provided us with an itinerary early in our planning process that she adjusted for us as we added or changed our plans and she always kept us updated with reservation confirmations. The peace of mind of knowing all we had to do was show up on time was invaluable and truly made our honeymoon peaceful and relaxing. Planning a trip to Disney with a 6 and 2 year old is a lot. She helped with every step of the process and gave SUCH great advice! I contacted Kim for help planning my family's visit to Walt Disney World. My husband and I hadn't been to Disney in quite some time, and we were planning it as a surprise for our two kids (5 and 7). We knew things had changed significantly since we last visited and weren't sure where to begin. Kim not only explained all the ins and outs of navigating the parks, but she made recommendations for dining and activities based on our preferences. Kim was a joy to work with through the planning process and answered all my questions before, during and after the trip! Preparing for a Disney cruise has several key dates and actions that must be taken and Kim made sure I was prepared along the way…and took care of several items at midnight eastern time when booking became available for cruise experiences and excursions. Additionally, she offered several great recommendations for our resort stay at Vero Beach.
