Francine went over and beyond to accommodate my family and our situation. I have family caught in the no-fly-zone due to the war in Iran. Of course this happened last minute after all the accommodations were paid for. She had to cancel, cancel, then reschedule all in the last 24 hours. The trip was perfect. The Hotel and accommodations were perfect. The Palazzo is Wow! The Show at the Sphere was amazing. Inside you were swept away in the show. However the seating, times and lines are not as advertised. We were told we paid for early access with the ticket package we purchased. Did not happen. We were told to be there early due to early access. We sat over an hour against the wall in a hallway outside the venue. The venue management totally dropped the ball. It was horrible. Again inside it was amazing!

Best family trip!

I feel that the time we spent in Greece was maximized to its fullest by the way the day trips were organized. The locations of the hotels (in Athens and Santorini) were perfect for our needs. Mexico City Cultrual History Vacation
Francine did an amazing job planning this trip! Highly recommend her for her care and attention to detail put into this family vacation. A highlight was actually watching a folklorico performance at the Palacio de Bellas Artes. I feel like it's a must for anyone traveling there. As well as the Museo de Antropologia and Frida Kahlo house!
