Have you ever wanted to stand atop the Eiffel Tower with a partner,  share a balcony with friends viewing the Danube or with colleagues at a beachfront luau? I have, and that is why over the years I excel at giving individual or group travelers experiences they won't forget.

It is my firm believe that everyone should have memorable experiences, every time they travel. Be it an annual trip to an all inclusive resort in the Mexican Riviera or an around the world odyssey. With 12 years experience in the wholesale division of the travel industry, I have established valuable connections with hotels, tour/activity providers, cruise lines and airlines.  This has proven to be an asset when 10 years ago I began serving the public with vacation ideas I was passionate about.

I like to travel to destinations I sell to ensure standards are being upheld at the various hotels and to further educate myself on that and other destinations near by. Being current allows me to provide trouble free experiences for all.

Group travel is one area I have come to really enjoy. Having groups of 20 to 200 come back from their trips with never ending positive stories of what they experienced is truly rewarding. I recently had a a group of 175 traveling to Cabo San Lucas.  After the hurricane of September 9, 2014 the hotel my group was in - though not damaged, decided to close for a renovation. They had washed their hands of my group. I spent a good week after this notification rebooking each and every person of that group in a hotel that was of a higher caliber than what they were already in at no additional fee. 

After returning, there was not one person that had anything to complain about and were thrilled with their vacation. That to me was rewarding. Customer service is something I believe is of the upmost importance in this industry.  Sometimes you have to go above and beyond to secure a pleasant vacation.
