Princess cruise of British Isles

We found Janel to be very through and well organized. The trip involved extra time before and after the cruise which meant transfers beyond what is normally offered. She set it all up and had everything very well documented. We experienced no snags whatsoever. We will definitely ask for Janel when we schedule our next trip.
