Five stars for Jen! She managed our entire trip flawlessly, from last-minute airport hotel bookings and parking to a smooth private transfer in Mexico. Her Riviera Maya resort recommendation was stunning and immaculate. She even went the extra mile to book four dinners and a gorgeous sunset yacht cruise. Highly recommended!

Are you taking a cruise, or vacationing somewhere for the first time? Then you'll appreciate Jen for her help and advice.
When we took our first cruise to the Caribbean, we were overwhelmed by the choices and I was afraid of making an expensive mistake. Jen worked to understand what we wanted on a cruise, and what we hoped to avoid. As a result we made a perfect choice and loved the laid back vibe and great food.

Amazing family cruise!

Alaska Cruise

Amazing Spring Break trip on short notice…and no p

Jen was very helpful finding our family of 4 a trip for spring break, that didn’t require passports, and was booked on pretty short notice.
We visited San Juan PR for the first time, and LOVED it. The beach, the hotel, the food, the people…old San Juan…it was a blast!

I travel A LOT and normally do most of my own bookings. As this was my first trip to an all-inclusive and a dream vacation for my boyfriend and I, I wanted help. Jen was AMAZING to work with. She answered every question. I was on a Facebook group for the resort and so many people had questions about things and I thought “they should have a Jen!” We had a small hiccup not being able to take a helicopter, and Jen was messaging us in the plan to make sure we knew that and had a back up plan. It went off without a hitch! She’s the best and I will be using her for future trips!

First cruise was the best cruise!

My family and I had never been on a cruise before and the choices are staggering. Jen took the time to find out what was important to us and because of that she helped us narrow it down to Virgin. This was the right choice for us because the food was fabulous, the ship was clean and comfortable and the crew were as friendly and helpful as a neighbor at the lake. When the cruise date got closer, we had more and more more questions. Jen was either able to answer these questions or give us advice based on her experience traveling, particularly on this cruise line. Not sure when we'll cruise again but when we do Jen will be getting the call.
