This past March, Kathy booked an amazing cruise for me and my family. We had originally booked a trip for 4. At the last minute we ended up adding a 5th person. I was panicked we wouldn't be able to add an additional child to the trip. Kathy was so helpful our addition. She explained all the options, so we could make the best decision for our family. She knew we planned on driving from Phoenix to LA for the cruise. She encouraged us to get to LA the night before and made sure we had great accommodations for overnight. That recommendation made the day of our departure so much less stressful and set the tone for our entire trip. Kathy was so easy to work with. She explained all our options every step of the way. My family had never been to Europe before, but we wanted to take a cruise there to celebrate medical recovery. We were intimidated by the number of options, since there were so many great sounding routes. Kathy helped us to narrow down the cruises by line, locations, and destinations until we decided on one that started in Barcelona, went to Rome, Florence, and Ibiza. She helped us find a great condo to stay in Barcelona in the Gothic Quarter, and with transport from the airport. Her assistance made it easy to plan the trip from across the globe!
