Our 10-member family, including 3 children ranging in age from 3-8 years old, wanted to celebrate Grandma’s special 70th birthday event, so we decided the best way would be to take a 5-night Disney cruise in August 2025 on the Disney Dream! And even though we have sailed with a number of adult cruise lines over the years, we had never been on a Disney cruise before and were not quite sure what to expect or how to go about getting the best possible vacation amenities Disney had to offer. We’re pleased to say that as a result of all Kat’s aid in organizing and preparing us for all aspects of our first-ever Disney cruise, once we had boarded the ship, we felt completely comfortable and ready to fully enjoy all that the Disney Dream had to offer. No time wasted learning about the ship and its amenities…we were already well prepared to hit the deck running! And a special thanks to Kat for quickly contacting us, without a request on our part, after researching possible Fort Lauderdale hotel accommodations we might want to use as a result of our return flight home being suddenly cancelled due to an airline labour strike. Our advisor Kat was great to work with. We had a lovely family vacation at Coconut Bay in St. Lucia. It's hard to coordinate the requirements of 6 adults (one being celiac), a child and a baby. Kat did just that. The resort was wonderful. Kat was quick to respond to all of our questions and kept us informed about upcoming timelines. She even went out of her way to contact the resort about menus for the specialty restaurants and managed our bookings for us. Thank you Kat for looking after us so well. Had a wonderful vacation thanks to Kat Ward! We went to Iberostar Lindo in Mexico, I was worried about dietary restrictions and this resort not only met but exceeded my expectations.
