Amanda did an amazing job!! From the start of planning our vacation! She was very knowledgeable with Disney experience. Helped us from the very beginning with getting the APP downloaded. Helped us figure out tickets. Even bus times. We travelled by car from Pittsburgh Pa area to Orlando Florida. She helped us even find the best location to stay over night on our way to Florida as well as back to PA. She helped us figure out the best dining and planning for 6 of us on a reasonable budget. The first day, I was having difficulty with my APP. I called Amanda, and she helped me immediately figure it out. Then I realized, as it was 8 am in Florida, it was 5am where Amanda was! - she was so kind and gracious! Also, prior to even booking our Disney hotel and tickets, she helped us run through different scenarios of where to stay, and where to buy tickets. She was also so excited to help! Planning was even more fun than usual!

Amanda is very savvy when it comes to planning vacations, especially to theme parks. She's like a walking newsletter when it comes to all the latest events. She is very considerate with addressing my needs, and is keen on planning out trips to ensure a great time. My nephew is on the spectrum, and Amanda has been so valuable with helping me understand the special needs programs offered by the theme parks, and guiding through the process. I've looked into vacation packages from Costco and Disney sites in the past..but having a travel agent like Amanda gives me more peace of mind. I feel like she helps maximize full enjoyment with every trip, and also helps with finding the best resorts within budget. Trust me when I say, your trip will be made better because of her!

Amanda did a very professional job checking out questions I had with using a travel agent booking rooms at Marriott as a Marriott member. I wanted to make sure I would still receive my points and get the discounts I would get as a member. All my questions were answered. Great job Amanda.

I had so many questions while booking our trip and Amanda always answered them in a polite and thorough manner. She never made me feel as if I was asking silly questions. My last experience booking a family trip with a travel agent was a complete disappointment, but after working with Amanda I will definitely continue to book trips through her. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything works out for her clients. We are already thinking about our next family vacation all thanks to Amanda. Amanda has helped me with multiple Disney trips. I would definitely recommend her to anyone traveling to Disney, even if you have been before since Disney is constantly changing and updating things! She was readily available during our trip with any questions/problems we had. Amanda has first hand experience traveling to Disney World and is extremely knowledgeable about trip recommendations from hotels to dining. Even as someone who has been to Disney World a lot, Amanda is very helpful and takes the stress away from booking a vacation!

Disney Wedding

I used Amanda with help for a vacation to Disney for a Disney Wedding. Using her did a lot more for everyone traveling than using a room block. Amanda booked dining for our large group, helped us figure out Genie +, and coordinated us staying a different resorts, and applied new promotions when they became available. If you are planning a Disney wedding, talk to Amanda before settling with a room block.

I’m a repeat customer of Amanda’s because she can truly be relied on to make every aspect of your vacation seamless and worry-free with her knowledge and efficiency. Plus her positive can-do attitude is an added bonus.
Amanda most recently booked my family’s Disneyland trip in January 2026. The room that was booked to accommodate 6 adults and 1 child at The Grand Californian was peak hospitality and luxury. The trip was filled with many magical moments.
Before that, she went above and beyond with a couple hard to get reservations at Walt Disney World in November. I gave her the names of the new lounges we wanted to try and the dates we were going to be in the parks, and the next day or two she texts me saying she booked both reservations. I probably wouldn’t have been able to do so by just relying on the app. I will happily work with Amanda for upcoming trips!
