Elise was amazing in making my sons reservations to Henderson, NV. She even made sure everything was going well with trip, while he was there. Helped when there was a problem with they hotel (the hotel made a mistake). This was my sons very first trip by himself and even though he is 24, he had never traveled by himself before. Elise eased my mind that he would ok and he was.

Working with Elise was easy to work with and answered all of my questions. I had a lot of them as even though I had been on cruises prior it was always with my family. Once everything was booked, she made sure we were happy with the itinerary and before we left, she sent us a wedding gift.

Elise was so easy to work with we told her what we were looking for and she put together the best honeymoon. We want to cruise and wanted to go to Norway but wasn't sure where to ever start. She gave us options and we picked NCL and it was purely amazing!! She even set up a private pick up and drop off to and from the airport as a honeymoon gift to us. She checked with us to make sure we got to the location and let us know she was available if we needed anything.

Elise went all out to make sure that we had everything done for our trip including transfers and flight plans. She spent time with us early on to discuss the right kind of trip for us unseasoned travelers.

Elise gave expert advice as we booked our Dream Alaska Inner Passage cruise. Most importantly, she was there to address minor issues at all stages of our cruise. Great cruise, great

Elise helped us plan a fun Alaskan Cruise for me and my cousin! She was easy to work with and very responsive. Neither of us had ever cruised prior and was unsure of how everything worked. I asked her to help. And help she did! She helped me figure out where (Alaska), how long (7 nights), and cruise line (Norwegian). She listened to what we wanted and needed (there were 9 of us going after all), and helped us make decisions that ultimately made it a trip we'll always remember! When we had issues booking excursions on the NCL website, Elise was there to help. When we had questions about cruising, she was there to help. When we are ready for another trip, Elise will be my first call!

Elise had all of our transfers in place plus hotel,flight and cruise. Everything went smoothly. She did a wonderful job.

My partner and I wanted to go to Mexico to celebrate our anniversary and my graduation. I had only left the country once, 10 years ago when I was freshly 18 & my partner had never traveled out of the country so we thought going through a travel agent would be best. Elise helped us narrow down our destination, provided various different resort options and made everything so seamless. We had a blast without having to worry about the details.

We stayed at the Caribe Hilton in San Juan which was located in a great location! We were less than 2 miles from Old San Juan , and 10 minutes from the airport! Highly recommend this beautiful resort! Elise provided some hotels that fit what we were looking for and we were very pleased.

Elise was so knowledgeable about everything. I didn't have to do a thing except call her every other day because I had questions. She always responded promptly and with an answer. I will always use her to help plan my trips.

We had a wonderful time and the place was beautiful! Lots of good food options. We booked too many excursions for ourselves though. Two of them were much too long and required a lot of driving. Loved where we stayed. The beach was great, but the water there was murky due to the river that empties into the ocean in that area. We did see some beautiful waters on a snorkeling excursion though and some beautiful country side on another.

How were the flights, and transfers? They were great, a few delays, to be expected but just fine otherwise. The resort was really nice. Especially their entertainment, cleaning and grounds crew. We had hits and misses with food. I perhaps should have selected a location with room service for example. But we found something to eat each night. The facility was is great shape too, a little warn here and there but compared to some other spots we hit the jackpot. We really did relax. Didn't excursions until Wed-Sat. We visited TRS Coral resort. Elise did all of the planning - she booked our flights and transfers from the resort to the airport. She contacted us while we were there to make sure everything was going well and was very responsive to our questions. Thanks so much Elise!!

Elise found our family great deals on our weeklong cruise and took care of every last detail so that we didn't need to stress. She got us flights at convenient times and low cost, booked all our transfers to and from port with proper time ensuring we made it to and from the ship and plane on time during a very busy weekend in Miami. She helped us begin the process early on so that all the steps were taken care of well before our trip. She also sent us a travel gift package which really heightened our excitement for the trip. Elise did a great job finding us a hotel in the PERFECT location for doing all the events we had planned!!!! The DoubleTree by Hilton in downtown Los Angeles, was a lovely hotel with fantastic rooftop garden and city skyline views. Elise was great at answering my questions and was friendly and excited to see some of our pictures. Both our flights and rental car experience went well too. It was nice working with her!
