Rochelle helped book our first cruise and it was my first direct time working with a travel agent. I’ve been on trips when my friend used a travel agent but never dealt directly with one. Rochelle was great! She showed me multiple trips to choose from and answered all of my questions which were many. I was traveling with my disabled parent and she accommodated for her. She was available to answer our questions early on and later closer to the trip. When it came to the day of the cruise, our 5am flight was canceled. We ended up having a 3 hour layover in Charlotte and Rochelle called Carnival and updated them on our situation. We ended up missing our cruise due to the layover. Rochelle was there for us looking for a backup vacation spot in FL to salvage our vacation. We decided on St. Augustine and it was lovely! Rochelle had suggested early on to get trip insurance and I had so I’m now filing a claim. She provided all paperwork quickly and offered her help. She has more than helped me. She has saved my vacation this year! I highly recommend her!

We went on a trip with 4 of us for my 40th birthday. Rochelle was amazing with handling all the details. She has great communication and information. She gave us all our travel documents so everything was easy. She answered all our questions and was easily avail able whenever we needed her. Highly recommend!!! Rochelle took the time to find out what we were wanting to get out of our Disney vacation. We worked through the plans and details and she did all the work. All I have to do is go and have a blast. She even sent us the Epcot Food and Wine Festival 2025 menu the day it became available. She will be my forever go to and will recommend to everyone I know.

First of all, working with Rochelle was a pleasure and I would book with her again! She was very attentive regarding communication and provided a variety or destinations and accommodations to choose from based on our preferences and budget. The Henry Morgan resort was located in a beautiful tropic garden setting with a gorgeous beach front. The resort was outdated, from the cushions to the beach chairs to the quality of some of the beach towels, the shower in our room should be replaced due to wear and shoddy conditions, the beds were a bit too firm, and our room was simple, only one chair for two people so you basically had to sit on the bed.... The food and drinks were not great, although there were a few food options that were quite tasty. There was always fresh fruit (although they served canned fruit too...yuck) a variety of hot food options and cold salads. It just wasn't great. The drinks were sweet and they only had pepsi products which we aren't fans of. I always felt safe lea

Rochelle was easy to work with and so communicative! She gave us so many options for lodging, rental cars and also excursions. She's friendly and kind, she was very flexible and worked with us as we made decisions throughout the process.

Rochelle is the best and made our honeymoon unforgettable! She was so helpful during the planning process and kept us updated the entire way. She recommended Belize and we could not have enjoyed ourselves more on our trip. The country offered just what we were looking for and Rochelle helped us navigate excursions that added the magic to our honeymoon. Even when we had little hiccups with the hotel, Rochelle was available to help us troubleshoot. We were met at every destination with shuttles and bag service, so all we needed to do way enjoy ourselves! We are savvy travelers but we are exploring new parts of the world; Rochelle helped us do it with confidence. Work with her to make your next trip easy and adventurous!

Rochelle listened to everything I was looking for and was very accommodating. There were 17 of us wanting to rental for the weekend in Las Vegas for my Bachelorette party. Rochelle found the most amazing house that was perfect for the size of our group WITH a pool!!!

Rochelle planned my daughter's graduation trip which included flights to CA, driving to TX, with stops in between like the Grand Canyon. Everything was great and we had so much fun. Her planning took all the stress out of our travels and gave my daughter a trip to remember!
