Susan is amazing! I posted to FB that I was looking for a travel agent & saw that Susan was recommended by a few people & also saw that she responded to my post. I DM’d her she responded immediately. I explained what I was looking for & got back to me within a few hours with pricing, tips for traveling with a wedding gown, etc. A day later, all my reservations were made with all the things I needed & at a great price. I can’t say enough about her. If you need travel reservations, I highly recommend Susan!!

Susan has been great from the very beginning before I even decided where to go on our trip. She guided me through numerous choices & helped me navigate through the whole process. We loved the place that Susan booked for us @ the Majestic colonial in the DR. Have no complaints about the resort, the service (which included a butler), the food, the cleanliness & just the relaxing atmosphere! We will definetly call Susan when we are ready to plan our next trip. Thank you so much!

Sue has planned multiple trips for us and we have never been disappointed. Her attention to detail is superior to any others. If you want the best vacation ever, you should definitely have Sue plan it. Currently in the planning stages of a milestone birthday trip to Greece and I would not put this in anyone else's hands!

Okay - so it had been decades since being on a flight; much less going to Europe - initially tried via online etc (going to London to visit my guy’s family - ill brother - so some urgency & stress). Both of us are disabled (he has MS using medical scooter etc & I have Fibromyalgia) so that also presented a challenge (so I thought). Nope, not with Susan - no worries at all - she took on the whole thing - we had ready & waiting @ airport Disability transport to plane - she had made sure everything was all set upon flight sitting together- again- disablity seating etc. I didn’t have to worry about anything it was already “done”. I think she even gave me packing advice! Traveling to & from London was easy because of Susan - she thought of everything and put my mind at ease. She knew we’d be staying with family and have access to transportation. I would highly recommend Travel by Susan! She is a true professional and takes pride in what she does. You can tell she thoroughly enjoys sharing new experiences and adventures for her clients and all that that destination offers (she tried when we were going to London - but understood the situation - maybe next time). Almost forgot - she stays in contact with you to make sure things go smoothly! Yes, she’s that way- if need be!
