Anita has been great to work with during the planning of our trip to the Yucatan Peninsula in Mexico. Excellent response time to our various inquiries, and if she didn't know an answer she dove in to research right away and presented options to us very quickly, no reminders necessary. Great follow up, including getting us all the necessary documents upon booking various aspects of our trip. This would have been five stars, except that Anita was less familiar with the kind of trip we were planning - more of an a la carte experience, traveling to four different areas of the peninsula. Anita's expertise lay more in the realm of resort vacations. That said, she was intrigued and very encouraging when it came to our much more detailed requests and plans, and she was a great help in bringing it all together. We will happily work with her again in the future.
