One of my personal highlights? Swimming with sharks at Hol Chan Marine Reserve — an unforgettable, bucket-list experience.

Placencia offers a completely different vibe: lush, peaceful, and elevated. Think calm, swimmable beaches, luxury resorts, and a slower pace that’s perfect for couples or anyone craving relaxation with a touch of indulgence.
