This was my first time using a travel agent. I'm a tad bit of a control freak. But, I decided to take a chance. I told Chanese what I was looking for--killer view, on the beach, and space. She sent us 3 options and all hit the mark. During the months leading up to the trip she was responsive to all my questions. She put together a packet of suggested activities. Everything went so smooth during this trip and I didn't have to do any of the leg work. I already look forward to planning our 2026 trip!

This woman is truly a blessing! I started to plan a Xmas family vacay, the first in three years, and I quickly became overwhelmed. When I say we have had the best experience ever with Chanese Johnson we mean it. From day one she has bent over backwards getting this trip planned and taken care of. I mean everything is done. She takes care of the flights, resort and the transportation too and from the airport to the resort. We even had a screwup with people we was meeting in Cancun and without hesitation Chanese jumped on it and within an hour had our booking canceled and rescheduled at another resort. This trip to Jamaica was absolutely EVERYTHING!
After paying for my trip, I had not ONE worry. Chanese made sure I didn’t have to worry about A THING! I just had to show up! There is sooo much you do not think about when booking a vacation and you end up spending way more than you intended AND you have to worry about too much! This trip was a true vacation for me because Chanese made sure I had a driver to take us everywhere from the time we stepped foot in Jamaica all the way until we got on the plane to come home, someone taking pictures of us the entire time for memories, all meals and drinks were included and unlimited (yes alcohol too), we did THE BEST excursions offered, and stayed at an amazing resort with a beautiful beach view! She even went above and beyond to ensure that our tour guide was top tier! I had no obligations the entire 6 days I was in Jamaica. A True Vacation for someone that is always trying to plan things out!!!
