When looking at travel options for a family with older kids and for a first time travel agent user we found Carlos to be very helpful. He gave us a few options to look at while giving us some of the pros and cons of each so we could make the call on what suited our tastes. Once we decided on our location Carlos suggested flying out of another airport a little farther away as it was quite a bit cheaper at that time. Things were explained to us in good detail so we knew what to expect and how things worked. He checked in a couple times before we left to make sure we had received all needed documents from the supplier and that things were in order. Then on return he also checked in to see if there were any issues that needed attention. I would definitely recommend Carlos

We wanted to take our kids and grandkids to an all Inclusive winter vacation and Carlos made it happen. We travelled with 5 young children (2 babies) and 6 adults, so we needed special accomodations. Carlos showed much patience with all our questions and special requests. He was always willing to go the extra mile. We enjoyed the vacation and know that it was the planning and scheduling that Carlos did that made it the best it could be for each member of the family.

Traveled to Montego Bay Jamaica in January, flights were great, on time no cancelations or delays. Upon arriving the transfer to the hotel was efficient and fast. The hotel was spacious, clean and the staff were always pleasant. The food and restaurants were always good even the buffets. Plenty of food and drinks. Pools and lazy river always clean, lifeguards on duty at all times. Pools do close at 5 pm which is unfortunate for some. Beach was clean but quite small, rocky and very shallow. The privileged side does however have the better part of the beach. Carlos had every thing done for us including the visas. Always so helpful with both of our trips. Was great to work with. Looking forward to working with Carlos again for our 2026 family vacation!!
