Hi! I’m Lindsey Ulrich, a travel planner based in Rapid City, South Dakota — a wife, a mom of three, and someone who is truly passionate about helping families create unforgettable memories.

My love for travel really took off once I experienced Disney through my kids’ eyes. That first trip was pure magic, and every return visit has only deepened my passion for helping others plan their own magical vacations. I’m also a lifelong Harry Potter fan, and stepping into the Wizarding World at Universal Orlando was everything I dreamed it would be — from Diagon Alley to Hogwarts to sipping butterbeer.

But my expertise goes far beyond theme parks.

I’ve traveled extensively throughout Mexico, the Caribbean, and the Bahamas, and I’ve stayed at and toured countless all-inclusive resorts. This firsthand knowledge allows me to confidently match my clients with the right resort — not just what looks good online.

I’m also an experienced cruiser, having sailed with multiple cruise lines including Princess, Disney Cruise Line, and Royal Caribbean. I’ve personally cruised the Bahamas, Caribbean, Mexico, and even Alaska, giving me a deep understanding of itineraries, ships, stateroom categories, and what different cruise lines truly offer. This level of experience is incredibly important when planning a cruise, because the ship itself can make or break the entire vacation.
