It’s hard to know where to even begin because we are so grateful we used Krystal for the most amazing vacation! My husband and I have never used a travel agent before because we assumed we would have to pay, but we were pleasantly surprised that’s not the case. All I had to do was just give her our budget and preferences and she set us up at the perfect all-inclusive Mexican vacation, flights and all! She was super patient when we were waiting for our passports to come through, and she was always there for us to answer any questions! We even had a sweet welcome treat at the resort she set up for us among other things. I can’t believe we haven’t used a travel agent before now as it made everything seamless, and I would HIGHLY recommend Krystal. We’ll use her again in the future for sure!

Krystal was a literal calm in the storm during our recent vacation to Mexico. Not only is she incredibly communicative and reliable, but when we ended up getting stranded in Mexico trying to get back to NYC, she also got us safely back to NY and kept us all calm about being "trapped" there. My family and I had the absolute time of our lives at Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana. We had never been to an all inclusive before and had no idea where to even start when trying to figure out the right place to book. Krystal carefully listened to all our hopes and budget parameters and recommended a package that ended up being perfect for us, and a really good value. She handled all the booking for us and even found us a direct flight that is nearly impossible to get from our city. She prepared a packet for us ahead of the trip that was incredibly helpful in terms of knowing who to tip at the resort and how much, how to navigate things like timeshare sales pitches, how to find our private transport at the airport, etc! She really nailed it on recommending the right resort for us. The resort was beautiful, clean, with incredible staff, and food that we're told is much better than at other resorts. Our room was spacious and gave us the privacy we wanted away from our kids with a two adjoining room set up. The kids loved all the pool, beach and slide options, and they adored the breakfast buffet :) We've had an intense few years and really needed a disconnect -- this trip was just the tropical medicine the whole family needed! We are so grateful for Krystal and all the resort staff who took care of all the logistics for us the entire week; we will definitely continue to work with her for future all inclusive vacation planning needs!

Krystal was an incredible resource. I was a bit overwhelmed when first planning the trip as I didn’t even know where I wanted to go, much less what specific resort. Krystal showed me multiple options at different locations and helped me narrow down the best fit based on reviews and first-hand experience. She was also very helpful in deciding when to pull the trigger and book the flight based on current pricing and future predictions. Once the trip got closer, she was still very helpful providing a packet of useful information including transfers from the airport, tipping, and excursions.

I decided to take a birthday trip somewhat last minute in December 2025. I spent a few hours on my own researching forums, youtube videos, etc... and I really hadn't narrowed it down enough to get the ball rolling. After seeing one of her responses on reddit, I decided to reach out. I told her my criteria and budget and she sent me 3 options, one of which I immediately fell in love with (Secrets Tides Punta Cana). She helped setup travel accommodations to and from the airport. And even provided us with a very helpful booklet on Punta Cana, the resort and activities. While we did not leave the resort, it was an excellent trip and everything we desired. She was very easy to work with and most importantly very responsive. I recommend working with Krystal if you're traveling anywhere in the Caribbean or anywhere else she serves.

Normally I plan my vacations myself and I have often wondered why people use Travel Agents when you can just do it yourself. Now I know why. It felt like everything was going wrong with my planning for this trip and I didn't have time to do everything myself like usual. This trip was somewhat complicated from the beginning as I was traveling with my daughter who lives in a different province and we both had things we absolutely wanted in an all-inclusive resort. At the last minute, I had to make a very big change to our trip and she handled the whole thing. She made it work even when I had very little hope because of the insurance deadline and our budget.
