I started in the travel industry over 23 years ago. It all started with a love for the Mouse but has turned into a career of planning destination weddings, honeymoons, bachelor/bachelorette trips, multi-generational family trips, incentive & reward trips for corporations, customized trips to Europe, escorting groups, and River cruises. 30 Year Anniversary Trip Was Everything We Wanted!

This was my 2nd trip booked with Mrs. Louise. She knows her stuff. She provided us with seven different destinations within our price range. She was able to guide us and help us choose, because she had visited each resort in person. The Hyatt Zilara was perfect for our anniversary trip. It was true to everything she had told us, and was actually much better than we expected. From the beginning, Mrs. Louise provided us with lots of information and choices. She stayed in close contact emailing updates, packing lists, tips for traveling out of the country, etc. We didn't have to deal with the stress of booking the all inclusive, airfare, transfers, VIP service at the airport. She's the expert, so we sat back and let her handle it. I can't wait to plan our next trip through her.

Louise was very knowledgable about trip planning. My only complaint was that the Secrets Wild Orchid resort was not up to par in comparison to Sandals resorts I have been to. I understand it is a different brand, but the room quality and service of the workers at the resort were severely lacking in comparison to Sandals resorts. Overall, the company of the people we went with was the most important thing, and that was definitely unmatched no matter where we would have gone.
