This was a first European trip for myself and my granddaughter who is 24. Louise was an amazing person/agent who held our hands throughout the entire process of trip planning from beginning to end. She spent as much time as I needed on the phone with me answering every single question I had with patience and grace, always encouraging me to call anytime I had a question or concern. She provided written detailed information as well covering all aspects of the trip from detailed itineraries and more. Our trip was amazing and I felt totally prepared and confident because of Louise’s excellent work on our behalf. She was so pleasant and I look forward to working with her to plan my next journey!!

This is the third trip that Louise has booked for us. Flawless as usual. Louis is always incredibly kind and quick to respond to messages. She even goes above and beyond making sure we have all our necessary documents, tags, etc.

Louise was recommended to us by our son-in-law as he and our daughter had cruised with arrangements through Louise. I much appreciated her quick responses to our many questions as this was all new to us. We very much enjoyed our cruise, enjoyed the location of our stateroom giving it was our first cruise, and we can't wait to talk to Louise again for our next cruise.

This was my 2nd trip booked with Mrs. Louise. She knows her stuff. She provided us with seven different destinations within our price range. She was able to guide us and help us choose, because she had visited each resort in person. The Hyatt Zilara was perfect for our anniversary trip. It was true to everything she had told us, and was actually much better than we expected. From the beginning, Mrs. Louise provided us with lots of information and choices. She stayed in close contact emailing updates, packing lists, tips for traveling out of the country, etc. We didn't have to deal with the stress of booking the all inclusive, airfare, transfers, VIP service at the airport. She's the expert, so we sat back and let her handle it. I can't wait to plan our next trip through her.

We booked a cruise with Louise in Australia and New Zealand. Louise took care of our flights, and hotel accommodations. It was a seamless transition, and being so far from home, it was nice to have things taken care of.

We had a great time, despite some unforeseen circumstances. The reservations completed by Louise included documentation for a birthday in our group AND allergies. The staff recognized immediately that the tree nut allergy would be an issue and took care of it quickly by removing all the toiletries from the room.

Louise was very knowledgable about trip planning. My only complaint was that the Secrets Wild Orchid resort was not up to par in comparison to Sandals resorts I have been to. I understand it is a different brand, but the room quality and service of the workers at the resort were severely lacking in comparison to Sandals resorts. Overall, the company of the people we went with was the most important thing, and that was definitely unmatched no matter where we would have gone.
