As we prepared to take our family to Disney World, Gabrielle was an invaluable asset. She is extremely knowledgeable and answered my millions of questions leading up to our trip to help us feel completely prepared and to help us understand the complex Genie+ system. This ensured that we were able to have successful park days with minimal ride wait times. Waiting is tough with three young children, so this was incredibly helpful and we are grateful for her expertise.

Just before our trip, we received a package from Gabrielle with a ride height chart, luggage tags, a “my first Disney trip” onesie for our daughter, and some other special items that made us all even more excited. We will absolutely be using Gabrielle’s services in the future.

Her recommendation to stay at the Hard Rock Hotel for the included Express Passes and proximity to the parks was spot on—it made a huge difference in how much we were able to do at the parks. We booked our first Disney trip for our 5 year old girl with Gabrielle. We couldn’t be happier with the experience.
