This was our first-ever cruise, a Christmas gift for our kids — and it couldn’t have been more perfect! A huge thank you to our amazing travel agent, Bobby, who truly went above and beyond to make this trip stress-free and unforgettable. From helping us find the best pricing and perfect rooms, to providing options for our flights, hotel stays, and transportation to the cruise port, Bobby handled every detail with care. He also helped us choose excursions (including our daughter’s dream to swim with the pigs in the Bahamas!) and guided us through dining options onboard so we didn’t miss out on any favorites — the steakhouse was absolutely incredible! We sailed with Norwegian Cruise Line, and everything from the staff to the food and entertainment was fantastic. The Bahamas were breathtaking, and seeing our daughter’s face light up while swimming with the pigs was a memory we’ll cherish forever. I have to admit — the guys in our family were a little skeptical about going on a cruise at first. But by the end, they didn’t want to get off the ship and were already talking about where we’ll sail next! This trip was everything we hoped for and more — full of laughter, adventure, and family memories that will last a lifetime. We highly recommend Norwegian Cruise Line — and especially Bobby — for anyone planning a family cruise!

Our wedding was fantastic. Bobby was great. Went down in advance and scouted the location. He helped us pick the location on the resort for all the events of the wedding. We had a group of over 50 people and the week went great. He set us up with transport from the airport to the resort and everything went very smooth. You can trust Bobby with your most important travel decissions.
