World Sexual Health Day (September 4th) reminds me that travel isn’t just about where you go—it’s about the connections you make. For queer travelers, exploring the world often means exploring intimacy, self-discovery, and freedom.
I’ve learned this firsthand. My ADHD made connecting with new people challenging, and I realized that true intimacy for me comes from deeper bonds. With my fiancé Ian’s support, I was able to open up at events like Bigger Vegas, forming meaningful connections that still bring me joy today.
Queer travel also means being prepared—knowing local laws, cultural attitudes, and how to stay safe while honoring your boundaries. Packing thoughtfully and understanding what feels right for you makes every trip more freeing and fun.
Ultimately, the thrill of queer travel comes from authentic connection, self-discovery, and the liberation of embracing who you are in every new place. Each adventure is messy, exhilarating, and profoundly human—and that’s exactly why I love helping others experience it too.

I had an amazing experience working with Arron, and I can’t recommend him enough. Aaron went above and beyond to help us plan the perfect trip, securing incredible deals on the beautiful properties we stayed at in Palm Springs and West Hollywood.

First Las Vegas trip

My husband Frank and I went to Vegas for the first time in November 2023, and we’re still talking about it—mostly because of how awesome Aaron and Find Your Pride Travel made it.
We joined one of Aaron and Ian’s come-along trips, and honestly, they took care of everything. From cool experiences like the Mob Museum and its speakeasy bar (the hidden-book cocktail was a great touch!) to giving Frank the thrill of driving a Shelby GT500 on a closed track—it was all unforgettable.
They also nailed the balance with downtime, like brunch at Luxor and a sunset ride on the High Roller with skip-the-line access (huge win).
Aaron just gets how to plan a trip that feels personal and effortless. Can’t recommend him enough.
