Five Stars and more
We found Sven after trying two other travel agents who simply did not “get” what we wanted to do—travel to three little villages in Bavaria where our family had come from. Sven was genuinely interested in helping us with our adventure into the boonies. He was knowledgeable about the area and arranged a perfect trip with his impeccable planning. Everything was seamless, from airport to hotel to train to hotel without a single glitch.
The small German hotels he found for us were all delightful, with delicious food and pristine rooms, and near the train station or airport or whatever that we had to connect with next. Sven was a wonderful communicator. He thought of everything, and I can’t wait to book our next trip with him.
