Sandra was a pleasure to deal with. Her initial discovery session was very professional; she asked pertinent questions and really listened to our preferences. The resorts she recommended were very much in line with what we were looking for. Sandra was always easy to communicate with, very responsive to messages, she kept us informed and made our travel stress free. We would absolutely seek Sandra’s guidance for future travel plans! The resort we travelled to, Catalonia Playa Maroma, was a perfect choice for us. Immaculately clean, updated in some areas but still maintained the traditional Mexican feel. The beach here is gorgeous, swimable, with good snorkelling nearby (the dive shop on resort is a good resource for snorkelling). The food was always top notch, this was the best all inclusive buffet we have experienced. The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and prompt. Our room was kept immaculately clean by housekeeping; hotel grounds were beautiful with natural jungle and well maintained landscaping of flowers, shrubs and trees. Our only disappointment was the warm (rather than hot) water in the shower; we learned afternoon showers provided the warmest water temperature. We would return to this resort, and this experience has left us open to travelling to other Catalonia brand resorts.

Due to the airline’s delays and cancelations, we were unable to go to Iceland. Sandra was amazing, always available to help us navigate through everything including the cancelations and refunds. We will definitely book with her again!

With such a wide age range, Sandra found us a resort that fit everyone. She was always available to answer quick questions while we were on the trip. It was stress-free right from the beginning to the end, thanks to her planning skills. I’d recommend her to anyone.

I inquired about cost estimates and Sandra provided me with a few different hotel options based on what we were looking for. She shared many great tourist sites/places to visit during our trip.
