Sandra was absolutely amazing to work with! As new travelers, my husband and I have so much to learn, but Sandra made the whole process stress-free. She went above and beyond—reminding us to register transportation, providing safe links for local taxes, and thoroughly researching the area for us. Even though she hadn’t been to our destination herself, she was a wealth of information. Sandra made sure to ask about our room preferences and worked with the staff to accommodate us perfectly. While we were there, she checked in regularly and quickly followed up on anything that didn’t go exactly as planned. Knowing we were in such capable hands gave us total peace of mind. We’ll definitely be booking all our future trips with Sandra—she’s a true professional who genuinely cares about her clients! Highly recommend!

Iberostar Paraiso Lindo in Cancun was so amazing we returned only 2 month after our first experience. Food was great! The rooms are nice & we had a great view of the pool area (also, we were closer to the beach too this time). The staff at this resort are amazing, they go above and beyond… just as Sandra did to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted.

Our trip to San Diego was the first time I reached out to a travel agent for help with planning, and working with Sandra was an absolute pleasure. She provided honest feedback on the ideas I had, which I truly appreciated. With her vast travel experience, she clearly knows the ins and outs of planning the perfect getaway. Sandra was a pleasure to deal with. Her initial discovery session was very professional; she asked pertinent questions and really listened to our preferences. The resorts she recommended were very much in line with what we were looking for. Sandra was always easy to communicate with, very responsive to messages, she kept us informed and made our travel stress free. We would absolutely seek Sandra’s guidance for future travel plans! The resort we travelled to, Catalonia Playa Maroma, was a perfect choice for us. Immaculately clean, updated in some areas but still maintained the traditional Mexican feel. The beach here is gorgeous, swimable, with good snorkelling nearby (the dive shop on resort is a good resource for snorkelling). The food was always top notch, this was the best all inclusive buffet we have experienced. The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and prompt. Our room was kept immaculately clean by housekeeping; hotel grounds were beautiful with natural jungle and well maintained landscaping of flowers, shrubs and trees. Our only disappointment was the warm (rather than hot) water in the shower; we learned afternoon showers provided the warmest water temperature. We would return to this resort, and this experience has left us open to travelling to other Catalonia brand resorts.
