I love cruising with Royal Caribbean, but this cruise truly went to the next level—and a big part of that is thanks to Jyl, our incredible travel agent. When my husband and I started cruising six years ago, I had no idea what a difference working with a great travel agent could make. Since we connected with Jyl, we've experienced firsthand the value of expert guidance and personalized support. She doesn't just book a trip—she curates the entire experience. From the moment we started planning, Jyl made sure every detail was covered. She even arranged a reliable driver to get us to and from the port, which took a huge load off our minds. It's the little touches like that, combined with her knowledge of cruising and Royal Caribbean specifically, that made us feel truly Royal before we even stepped on the ship. Her communication is excellent, she's always a step ahead, and I genuinely feel like she wants each trip to be our best one yet. Another travel first for me - cruising! Jyl made sure I had the most amazing time - including making sure I was on the President's cruise so i got to have the over the top experiences and fun that came with it. Elevator karaoke, behind the waves tour, incredible food and service - I am a certified cruiser now!

as a first timer - having Jyl was crucial to making sure i didn't miss anything, making the most of the time i had to explore, and removing anxiety over the unknown. Jyl made sure I got VIP treatment - not only with her expertise but she also got me on a VIP Tour which really enhanced my experience by getting to see so much that I know i would have missed had i been left on my own. My family wanted to visit Dollywood and the surrounding attractions, but we had budget limits and little knowledge of the area. Jyl found us us perfect rental house in a good location and came up with some great ideas for what to do when we were not in Dollywood. She also found a price on tickets that I had not seen on my own.

Our recent trip to Alaska was nothing short of amazing—truly life-changing. From start to finish, every detail was thoughtfully planned and perfectly executed. Jyl has an incredible gift for organization and foresight, and it showed in every aspect of the journey. The itinerary flowed seamlessly, with each day offering just the right balance of adventure, beauty, and rest. From breathtaking landscapes to unique experiences, everything felt curated with care. What stood out most to me was how detail-oriented Jyl is — things I never would have thought of were already anticipated and taken care of, allowing us to simply enjoy the trip without stress. This was one of the most memorable experiences of my life, and it wouldn’t have been possible without her expertise and passion for planning. I can’t recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable travel experience.

Jyl booked us a wonderful cruise to Bermuda. I was looking for something that wouldn’t break the bank but would allow us to visit a very nice island. The whole trip was flawless from start to finish and I would highly recommend Jyl in the future.

I did the HollandAmerica trip with the land tour of Alaska. Started off with a day and a half to explore Vancouver, BC, then on the boat for a few days, then with the most AMAZING LAND TOUR of Alaska. This trip was RIDDLED with details and multiple excursions. I cannot imagine having to plan this without Jyl. She was simply the BEST DECISION OF THE TRIP. Jyl planned everything perfectly based on my level of preferred activity. I love to see and do LOTS when I travel and BOY DID I GET WHAT I WANTED. My trip was packed with all the adventure I could squeeze in. What I most appreciate about Jyl is that she listens---then, she creates a plan that works for YOU. Again, there is no way I could have planned this to the level of perfection that Jyl did. I am simply blown away with the care of the agenda. This was truly a special trip and I will remember it forever. I've already told at least 10 people about this trip and referred them to Jyl. :-)

Jyl did an amazing job planning our trip! She listened to our wants/needs and made it happen for us with basically no effort on our part. She was with us every step of the way, answering all of our questions while we were travelling and ensured that we made it safely and comfortably to our destination. We will definitely be using her services for all future adventures!

Jyl planned an amazing trip for us! We had some of the best crab and seafood ever. The suggested water taxi was perfect, and we were very close to it. We visited all of the historical ships and the Baltimore Aquarium! We had a great time! Jyl also sent snacks for our train ride, and they were perfect!

We used Bearly Home for a European trip. Jyl did a wonderful job of organizing multiple fights and hotels. What we really enjoyed was her app that had all the information and details in one place. Very helpful for "What are we doing tomorrow?" We will use Bearly Home again and would give 12 out of 10 stars!

Jyl, did a wonderful job in helping arrange our bike trip through the Baltics. Words that come to mind. Attention to detail, great communications, hotel guru. Also loved the app she provided that had easy to access details on each days events and activities. 10 out of 10. Use Jyl and relax on vacation!

As a newbie traveler, Jyl showed extreme patience and kindness. At every turn, when I really didn’t think I wanted to follow through with my travel itinerary, she would just smile and say, “You’ll be fine. You may even like it.” Never did she appear frustrated. She took care of every detail and made me feel as if she were in my pocket for each planned leg of our trip. Always responsive and prompt. Jyl is invested in her clients' interests and smooth travel. Highly recommend and, Jyl, you’re stuck with me now!

We absolutely loved it. My favorite island vacation so far, mostly because it was very clean and orderly in Bermuda. Mid Ocean Golf Club was amazing, I definitely want to return there and take an extra hour or two for lunch at the clubhouse. Definitely want to play Tucker's Point Golf Club next time as well. Very excited about the Richmond direct flights! That just might turn us into habitual Bermuda folks!!! Thanks for the planning.

We’ve never traveled abroad and Jyl planned this trip to make it idiot proof for our family of 5! There were no stones unturned as Jyl put together this unforgettable vacation. Every detail was planned to a tee, leaving us to enjoy each and every stop without thinking about anything other than enjoying all that Italy had to offer. We had an absolutely trip of a lifetime and we could never have done so without Jyl’s attention to all of the details and adventures she laid out, providing everything we needed in a magnificent itinerary.

We had quite an adventure and I want to thank Jyl for the great organization that she did. I have to admit that it was hard for me to trust that Jyl was going to do what she did because I've always had to do things for myself. It was such a relief when she checked us in for our flights, and we didn't have to do it. It was also a relief that our hotel rooms were all registered. Jyl truly took the worries out of our adventure. ????

Precious Jyl, Words can’t express how grateful I am for the impact you’ve had on my life. But, here goes… You are a Treasure. Thank you so much for being the funny, intelligent, resilient, accomplished, committed person that you are. You have widened my horizons in many ways. I am grateful for how you steered us on our Mississippi Riverboat cruise. Yes, you were truly at the helm. How’s that for wordplay? Truly, you anticipated my needs as this Old Dog set out on the trip of a lifetime. Yes, I stressed over way too much, and overpacked, yet I don’t have a single regret. And I know who to call for future trips. I loved American Cruise Lines, and the Splendor in particular. The crew was fantastic; they were capable, friendly, and helpful. And the food was delicious.

From my first contact with Jyl she has excelled in helping with our trip. Her attention to detail, her follow through on questions, her dealing with questions from 4 different travelers and finding the perfect Mississippi cruise to fulfill our dreams was beyond anything I have ever experienced in my travels.

My daughter invited me to see The Devil Wears Prada…..in London so of course I jumped at the opportunity! Started planning and realized I had NO CLUE where to start so I messaged Jyl and she had our trip planned within week! Jyl’s expertise provided us with the trip of our dreams and everything from the time we left to our return home went smoothly. Jyl will always be our first call for future trips.

Jyl is honestly the best travel agent I’ve ever worked with. Her service is excellent and she is amazingly detail oriented. She arranged a trip for a friend and I to visit the US Air Force Museum in Dayton, OH (highly recommended). She booked every portion of the trip - the flights, the car rental, the hotels. She even went the extra mile to give us places to eat in Dayton and other sights to see in the area.
I can’t recommend Jyl enough. She is truly a step above!

Jyl did a fabulous job of making our trip perfect. We had a group of 6 with lots of different needs. Jyl went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up and ready for us when we arrived. She also gave each of us a bon voyage gift, which was a special touch!

This was my best Disney trip yet. It was the first time I used a travel agent with high-level Disney knowledge and it made all the difference. Typically, we stay off-property but Jyl explained the benefits of staying onsite, and it was worth it! With the parks so easily accessible, we spent far more time in them (and even built-in guilt-free rest breaks mid-day).

This was also the first time I opted for the Disney Dining Plan. Simply swiping to purchase meals that were included in our package took away any stress in spending. We also did our first ticketed event for the Magic Kingdom Halloween Party and it was awesome.

I learned a lot about Disney that I never knew from Jyl (you can bring your own water and snacks, there are multiple ways to get from park to park, and you can use your Disney Dining Plan at any resort on-property, etc.). She was available to me for questions while we were traveling and was even able to make some ride reservations for us.

In one word, excellent! She found us some really cool activities we never would have found ourselves along with super cool hotels and air bnbs. A lot of time and energy was spent with us to make sure the plans were exactly what we wanted (including some last minute changes as we reworked some of the trip to better accommodate the at that time secret pregnancy!) Jyl had a plan for every price point and even though we didn’t have a huge budget we had the BEST time thanks to her!
