Renee helped us from the very first steps of planning our cruise. We had no idea what all we were going to need to be ready to go. She got us an awesome deal on the 12 day cruise. She helped with getting our passports. She set up our dining time and preferences. Explained where she felt we would be the most comfortable having our our stateroom with it being our first cruise. Ordered a medical refrigerator to be in our room. She helped explain some of the islands and what might be a better fit for us as an excursion. She walked us thru everything and we are truly grateful to her. We will definitely be asking her to help plan our next adventure!
