I stumbled upon the travel industry through a job posting, and it was like a lightbulb went off! I've always had a love for traveling and working with people in a customer service setting, so finding a career that combined both was a dream come true.

What truly drives me in this industry is the opportunity to inspire others to travel and spend quality time with their loved ones. There's nothing quite like receiving positive feedback from clients whose dream vacations I've helped bring to life.

One particularly memorable experience was assisting a client in piecing together their dream vacation. They had always wanted to go but weren't sure how to make it happen, and being able to create that experience for them was incredibly fulfilling.

My approach to customer service is all about building genuine relationships with my clients. I want them to feel comfortable and trusting of me, so I prioritize creating that friendship base.

In terms of specialization, I focus on Disney destinations, Universal parks and resorts vacations, as well as all-inclusive resorts and beach destinations. I love encouraging adults to embrace their inner child at Disney and Universal, and I'm a huge advocate for couples taking time together to kindle their relationships at all-inclusive resorts and beach destinations.

When it comes to travel planning, I believe in taking the time to fully understand my clients' wants and needs to create customized vacations tailored to each individual. Travel, for me, is not just about seeing new places; it's about experiencing mental and emotional rejuvenation, strengthening relationships, and creating lasting memories with loved ones.
