Perfect Vacation from Beginning to End!

I have planned many vacations over the years on my own, but after having the experience of planning a vacation with Melissa Odom as our travel agent, I will never again take a trip without her assistance. Our cruise and entire vacation was perfect from beginning to end thanks to Melissa. She was great with the entire process from planning to updates during the trip. We had 6 people and everything was perfectly executed. We never had to worry about anything. Melissa made sure that every single detail of our vacation was taken care of and we knew that if anything unexpected were to arise during our trip she would be available to assist. Traveling can be overwhelming, especially when traveling out of the country, but knowing we had someone who had our back, to answer any questions we had, or give assistance if needed, was invaluable and allowed us to just relax and enjoy. Getaway Cruise

I recently had Melissa help me book another vacation, but this time I went on a cruise with Virgin Voyages. My last cruise was about 6 years ago on Carnival and I can say Virgin has changed my mind completely. The cruise left out of San Juan, Puerto Rico. She helped me book my flight and a hotel for the night before. The food and staff were outstanding. They were very attentive and engaging. I was never hungry and enjoyed having no buffets (or children). There were a lot of activities and I never felt bored. Trivia was so much fun and I had a lot of fun at the Misbehave show! I'm already planning my next trip.

Sunset Over Miami

I sailed with Virgin Voyages and loved it so much I'm already planning to go again (and again)! Booking with Melissa made the entire process seamless from start to finish—she took care of every detail so I could just focus on enjoying the adventure.
The room was spacious, spotless, and super comfortable. Everything was controlled by a tablet, and yes, I pressed every button! Having a dedicated room attendant was a game-changer. The food? Absolutely unreal. If you're a foodie or just love trying new things, this is paradise. My meal schedule? Breakfast, second breakfast, pre-lunch, lunch, post-lunch, dinner, dessert, late-night pizza, and a 3 a.m. diner stop—no shame!
Drinks were just as fabulous. French 75 to kick off the day? Yes, please! With so many bars and hidden spots, there's a vibe for everyone. Activities? Whether you want to be social, relax, or let loose, there's always something to do. And if not, just make a friend—trust me, stories will follow!

Game Day at Highmark Stadium

Melissa helped me book the perfect trip to Orchard Park to see my Buffalo Bills play. You wouldn't know it but she is a major football fan. She helped with my stadium tickets, flight, and accommodations and gave me the top places to visit while I was there. Go Bills!

Best Plan Trip Ever

We informed Melissa, of what we wanted and the price. She really came through for my family. She was able to find an all inclusive resort that would accommodate our family needs. The resort had a water park and a verity of restaurants on location to choose from. The location of the resort was in a good walking distance to downtown for site seeing and if you didn't want to walk you could catch a cab.
She also did a phenomenon job for our pickup and return to the airport for 27 people with little ones. I would recommend Melissa for our next family adventure.

Melissa Extended the Magic of Disney!

From start to finish Melissa was so easy to work with. We gave her a budget and she exceeded our expectations. We frequent Disney often and this is our first time using a travel agent to arrange our trip and we will never do it without her again. She even added special touches like cupcakes to welcome us to our room. Melissa really cares about people and it transfers into how well she takes care of you during your vacation. Melissa is my travel agent for life! She has planned a trip to Paris, France and Lisbon, Portugal two years ago. Recently she planned a trip for my mom and I to The Grand Hotel in Mobile, Alabama . We loved the spa! Each year she plans a few trips to Disney World for me. She is very detailed oriented and thinks about little details and events happening at Disney and schedules them. She knows my favorite restaurants and makes sure to book my reservations. I highly recommended her as she is very responsive and attentive.

Like "Emily in Paris" but in Italy

Melissa planned a 28 day solo vacation to my bucket list country, Italy. I gave her a budget, list of cities I wanted to explore, amenities I needed at each lodging, and a list of excursions I wanted to do in each city and she was like Captain Kirk and made it so.
I cannot recommend Melissa enough for all of your travel needs. Even while in country she made sure I was taken care of!! Each accommodation was exquisite and exactly what I asked for. I didn’t ever have to think or plan. She took care of every detail.
I can’t wait to use her services again because she’s my TA for life now.

Our Family Trip to Curacao

The family is just coming back from a Thanksgiving week in paradise. There were 25 of us traveling aged from 3 to 74 years old. We all flew in to Miami from five different cities and traveled together to Willemstad, Curaçao. A ride from the airport to our resort and back again at the end of the trip was coordinated for us.
You guys, this trip had so many moving parts and many things that needed to be considered.
This was a trip of a lifetime and Melissa made it happen. Day or night if we thought of something else or had a question no matter how big or small she was available to answer it and help us figure things out. Melissa is a genuinely good person that will treat you the way you want to be treated and 100% understands what Customer Service is. I never had to wonder about anything because she is huge on communication, Follow through and follow up.
Working with Melissa made it as easy as getting our passports and showing up to the airport on time. The rest was taken care of.
