Shelby is simply fantastic! Over the past year, she has helped our family plan and book three incredible Disney vacations, and each one has been absolutely seamless. Planned a trip to the beach, Orange Beach. A place we love and visit several times a year. Shelby found a place to stay that was head and shoulders above anything we were used to. Great location, great amenities. Great price. Caribe Resort was great!
We had a small issue with a tv, , Shelby called the resort and it was fixed in minutes.

Shelby went above and beyond planning our trip this year to Italy and beyond! She took care of flights, ItaliaRail tickets, hotels, tickets to get into the Vatican, transfers, our rental car while in Tuscany, and then the cruise to Greece, Croatia, Montenegro and back to Italy again. I was at a standstill trying to plan all of this and all of the things I'd have to figure out, and I'd been to Italy and Greece before, so I wasn't a "newbie"!!! When all was planned, she even gave me a spreadsheet with the entire trip, which made it SO easy!! Fabulous job and kept me from stressing out about all of the logistics!!!
