We had a wonderful trip! Brenda was great with answering my bazillion questions. She was instrumental in assisting us with our Retie the Knot ceremony. Communication before, during and after our trip was exceptional.

I am traveling to Disneyland in September for their Half Marathon Weekend. This is a very busy time because there are thousands of people there for the races and thousands more for Labor Day. During the last Half Marathon Weekend, they sold out of reservations for both parks leaving thousands of runners unable to enjoy a single day in the park. I contacted Brenda to help with our travel, and not only did she purchase our Disneyland tickets, but she secured our reservations for the parks. This was a huge load off my shoulders. It was honestly my biggest concern for this trip. She understood my concerns, made sure she had all of the correct information by double and triple checking the details I provided. I didn't have to lift a finger. Brenda had it all under control. I can't thank her enough for taking the stress out of planning a vacation. Brenda, you are amazing! I just wanted to give a big thank you to my travel agent Brenda Knapik. She helped plan a trip to Austin Texas, with my mom. I had to cancel it one time already due to some health issues for my mother. And was finally able to get it rescheduled. It would be a more complicated trip due to the fact that my mom would be more prone to be using a wheelchair for most of the trip. Due to mobility issues at the time. The hotel worked out great. It was a perfect location for our trip. It was right across the street from my nephew and his wife, who we were visiting. It was also very central to be able to get to several areas. Very close to the Capital. We were able to walk and Push my mom in the wheelchair. There was a beautiful park right across the street that we could walk too. Just a beautiful area in the downtown Austin Texas area. It was really nice to be able to have breakfast included with our trip. I was able to run down and grab a few things while I waited for my mom to get ready. Just made it very convenient. And just all around convenient for when my nephew. needed to pick us up being so close to them. Just being able to have Brenda help us and schedule the trip and recommend the hotel was wonderful. She really truly does care about all her clients. It really shows in her enthusiasm and the time she spends putting together even the smallest of trips together. I’ve used her for several trips. Bigger ones to smaller ones. Have recommended her to many of my friends and patients. And will continue to use her in future trips to come. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Brenda made booking our trip to Prague completely effortless. I literally didn’t lift a finger beyond booking flights. She sourced the hotel, gave us just the right number of options (not overwhelming), and made sure every single one met our non-negotiables — a great gym, strong WiFi, and breakfast included. My friend and I went to Scottsdale for the weekend to see Rick Springfield in concert. I reached out to Brenda to help us with the hotel. Brenda is the most amazing travel advisor you could ask for. Brenda is an amazing travel agent! She was there for us through the whole process and helped with any questions that we had. My mother is handicapped and she helped my parents arrange for transfers to and from the port and a hotel room and the scooter that she used on the ship. Everything went very smooth. You can tell that Brenda loves what she does and loves to help people. We had one minor hiccup on our cruise that was absolutely no fault to Brenda, but when I contacted her she jumped right in and made a phone call to DCL. We knew we were in great hands but honestly she is exceptional.

My wife and I both had a very enjoyable cruise. My wife is somewhat handicapped and use her scooter and free to go where she wanted. Our experience with travel arrangements was great before and after the cruise.

The Resort was beautiful. And so close to the venue we were attending for a concert. We didn’t have to worry about parking and could walk to the venue. Brenda was amazing. She was very detailed with getting us the information we needed for our trip. We had a few airline delays (which was not booked through her) but Brenda helped us with the transportation and hotel changes that were needed due to the airlines having issues. She answered all my questions. Brenda also anticipated things that I didn't think of. Like the lack of internet. She printed all my confirmations so I would have them available.

Brenda is a great travel agent. She loves travel and gets all of the details from you and finds the best deal for your trip. With about a month’s notice she got us a hotel close to Disneyland and tickets for the weekend before thanksgiving. She followed through on plans, was available to assist and researched things we asked. She even walked us through the Disney app to be sure we understood how to use it and make our park reservations. I highly recommend her, and you will share conversations with someone who is equally as excited as you are about the trip.
