My experience with Beth is unique in the fact that I worked with her in the middle of COVID. My now Bride and I used Beth's services to book our Honeymoon and we couldn't be happier we did. Literally 6 days before we were supposed to fly out, Beth called and tactfully told us our dream Honeymoon was canceled due to circumstances beyond her control (COVID). On that same phone call, while my fiancé and I were in the car, she offered us 3 different options for our new Honeymoon destination. When planning a destination wedding we didn’t know what to expect. It was easy for Beth to understand our budget and see our vision. She fought for us along the way when negotiating final prices or when the resort tried to go back on what they had contractually agreed upon. Just got home from an AMAZING trip to Dreams/Secrets La Romana...can't say enough good things about the resort. Beth gave me a top 5 Dominican Republic all inclusive list. After weeks of research and watching you tube reviews, I finally committed to La Romana and so glad I did! It was my favorite all inclusive I have been to. Rooms were nice, preferred club was worth it, food was good to excellent depending on the restaurant. Shows were fine...wasn't expecting anything spectacular but the Michael Jackson show was great. Most fun resort activity was the Sunset Beach Party (not the dinner at an added cost). The adult silent disco was a blast much to some of our groups surprise! The waterpark was SUPER fun - we were a group of ages 12-50 yrs and all enjoyed it! Our group of 30 created our own Pink Partini one night and we did a private (group of 30) sunset cruise with Scuba Caribe and highly recommend that! We will ABSOLUTELY return! Beth was readily available for all my questions & concerns. She was quick to respond, made us feel like we were her only clients and went above and beyond with the sweetest anniversary gift!

Beth was wonderful from start to finish. She had her work cut out for her as we had a medical emergency less than a week before the planned departure (groom's emergency surgeries) delay our group's trip and wedding. But for her involvement, I don't believe the resort would have allowed us to reschedule the wedding. Beth was super helpful, got us a great rate, listened to our desires with our guest arrangements, recommended the resort for us, and followed through. Our experience was a 10/10!

QUEEN, MVP, BEST TA OF ALL TIME!!!!! Beth truly went above and beyond as our TA and for our wedding. She acted more like a wedding planner than a travel agent. I am super type A, do LOTS of research and am very picky. Beth handled all of my questions with ease, responded VERY promptly to messages (which was super important to me, especially when the resort took forever to reply) and was overall just a great human to work with. As soon as I chatted with Beth we just clicked. She is a no nonsense - straight shooter kind of person, and I just LOVE that. We talked about what I was looking for in a resort, the locations I was considering and she came up with a detailed analysis of options. There are an incredible amount of resort options, too many for someone unfamiliar to decipher. This took the guesswork out of it and made it so I could make an informed decision. I ended up with The Fives Beach Resort and it truly was perfect. All of my guests were in awe of the grounds & wildlife, the beach was incredible, food was awesome, the Plaza as a place to congregate was top tier. I couldn't have done it without her. She also has a great relationship with the resorts so she was able to negotiate pricing with them, walk me through the contract process, provide recommendations for using in house vendors or otherwise, etc. I can't recommend Beth enough! Beth helped us plan a 150-person destination wedding in Mexico, which was no short feat! We had folks traveling in from all over the US, and had the largest wedding the resort had ever seen. Beth helped us get creative while we exceeded the normal structures (easily helped us navigate 2 contracts with the resort to help us get the best deal/cohesive experience), and was such a valued partner to us every step of the way.
