My wife and I were daunted by trying to plan a Disney World trip on one month’s notice. A Disney afficianado friend introduced us to Robin, who made the whole thing easy for us, including spending hours working through Disney customer support to help us understand options for how to handle pre-covid purchased military tickets AFTER we booked our package. Robin made everything easy for us, walking us through hotel options, lightning lane options, meal options, resort benefits, and how to get the most out of each park for what we wanted to do. As a result, we had a great trip, and left Orlando happy with every choice she’d helped us make. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Robin held my hand through the entire process of planning a 2 day, 1 night visit to Disney world for 6 of us, ranging in age from 8-75. We had a mix of single day tix and annual passes, and a variety of priorities across the different ages (8 yr old birthday, 2 people in their 50s visiting for the first time too!) She helped me sort through the hotel options, weighing the pros and cons for my varied interest travel group, and took on all the heavy lifting of securing dining reservations when the booking window opened as well as all of the set up for Lightening lanes, including a guide to direct me for the next best LL rides to book while in park. She was accessible the entire time we were travelling and was super patient as i hemmed and hawed on my decisions and triple checked the rules and strategies for LLs. An incredible time, that we could not have pulled off without Robin!

Robin was a huge help with planning our Disney vacation. We needed space for three adults (one single, one couple) and Robin provided several options for suites and separate rooms for us to choose from.
