Yesenia provided the most carefully crafted and thoughtful experience for my wife and I. We’re busy parents who haven’t taken a vacation alone in 3 years, so I needed guidance on what luxurious/ relaxing travel looked like nowadays. She delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish! The initial phone call to get a gauge of the vibe we’re going for, budget, timeframe, and even asked intentional questions about what makes this vacation special, why we’re looking to get away, etc. We had the most relaxing and luxurious experience not only at our Adult-only resort, but also during the booking process with Yesenia. Overall: 10/10 communication, 15/10 satisfaction with services provided, 100000/10 just from being the most responsive and caring travel agent I’ve ever worked with. Can’t wait to book our next trip!
