Twinsburg Travel is the BEST travel agency ever! Jason, Karen and Jane have been taking care of us for over 20 years. They work hard to find great deals, they answer emails, texts and calls quickly (even on weekends or when they are on vacation!) and they are extremely knowledgeable about all the resorts. Jason has saved me so much time by managing my vacation especially when I need to change dates or resorts. He handles everything so I never have to call the resort directly, I just text or email him instead. It is so great! He also goes above and beyond by calling me if my current room goes on the 777 sale or if he sees a better deal for us. Honestly, they are amazing! I highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Sandals in Antigua . Our room in the Mediterranean concierge level was spacious and the ocean view was amazing. The first lunch and dinner we had was just ok but the rest of the week did not disappoint . We had no difficulties getting a reservation and the food was delicious especially at soy sushi and bayside . The theme lunch menus daily at Bayside did not disappoint. I also had an incredible massage at the red lane spa. It was a mixture of ages ranging from honeymooners but more middle age 50s and 60s . We did an excursion to heritage to shop but could have done width out since the vendors sell on the beach . That was a little annoying but they were friendly and respected your privacy . Overall a great experience . Twinsburg travel delivered on recommending the right Sandals location . My main ask was a resort with a beautiful beach ( long not wide) and turquoise clear water . Antigua with its mountainous views was beautiful.

Jane does an awesome job at giving us different levels of accommodations that changes the price. They are quick to respond. I have been using Twinsburg Travel for 23 years for our vacations to Sandals. We travel once a year and cannot imagine doing it on our own. During Covid, we were going to Jamaica with friends when the lock down happened. When the island opened we were moved to the only resort open (Mobay) and all our rooms were together. If I have any issues at any resort, all I do is contact Twinsburg and the issue is handled immediately. The best thing is having Twinsburg on my side and not just Sandals if you book directly. Twinsburg will watch for any sales on rooms already booked and keep you informed. I urge anyone wanting to experience the Caribbean to contact Twinsburg Travel. You will not be sorry
