Tracey organized a 10-day golf trip to Portugal for 12 participants from Seymour and played a key role in its success. She managed the entire planning process, taking time to understand our objectives and providing tailored options for accommodations, golf, transportation, and excursions. After finalizing the plan, she booked the complete itinerary, including flights—securing excellent deals such as a business-class pod option. Throughout the trip, Tracey remained responsive and handled adjustments promptly, ensuring a smooth experience while we were on the trip. This trip included Two Cruises with extended land time between. The planning was exceptional and all came together without a hitch. Presentation of the itinerary was exceptional and easy to follow. Tracey made the trip enjoyable without having to worry about the planning details.
