Tanisha was amazing. I couldn’t be more thankful that I found someone who understood the process of a destination wedding. I had my wedding at the Hard Rock Riviera Maya, and Tanisha provided the perfect amount of guidance in helping me plan my wedding and set my guests up for travel. She was amazing when it came to organizing the room block, helping me in understanding and be aware of specific time frames for my room block. There was times when I was getting overwhelmed by my guest in regards to the rooms and transportation Tanisha assured me that as long as the guests reach out to her directly, she would be more than happy to assist, as well as to take that burden off of my plate since I also had a wedding to plan. Overall, I would highly recommend her services to anyone considering a vacation or planning a destination wedding.

From the beginning our experience with Tanisha and Liz-Moore Destinations was superb. Our initial phone consultation was with Liz herself who then directed us to Tanisha to assist with us narrowing down our resort location. Every phone call and email was always answered promptly and with a detailed response with clarification. Tanisha made us feel confident and at ease during the entire process. We wanted to take a moment to say a big thank you to Tanisha—whom we affectionately called “Tanisha the Best.” She worked so hard with our wedding group, and we truly couldn’t have done it without her. A little recap: my first experience working with Tanisha was actually as a guest, when my cousin hired her as the travel agent for her daughter’s sweet sixteen. That trip was so fantastic that I remember telling myself, “If I ever need a travel agent, I’m contacting Tanisha.” Fast forward a year—I got engaged, we decided on a destination wedding, and the very first person who came to mind was Tanisha. From the beginning, she was incredibly responsive to all our questions and concerns. She helped us find the best resort for our budget and family needs. Our group wasn’t easy to manage due to language barriers, but Tanisha connected with everyone—even using Spanish to communicate when needed. I know it wasn’t always easy and that plenty of issues popped up along the way, but she handled everything so well. She kept me calm, helped me feel more relaxed, and stopped me from losing my mind (lol). Throughout the process, she assisted with every travel concern, stayed highly organized, and paid attention to every detail—which is exactly why I chose her. She even supported me during the wedding planning itself, offering tips and suggestions that made a big difference. We’re so grateful to have worked with her and to have shared so many fun moments together. I highly recommend her to all couples and families—she truly lives up to her name: Tanisha the Best.

Tanisha introduced us to this resort (Finest Playa Mujeres) specifically for our family-friendly wedding. She helped us with our website, email scripts, and correspondence with the hotel regarding contracts and bookings. We wanted to book a last minute honeymoon at Xcaret and she helped us make it happen, including helping us set-up our transportation.
