We had an absolutely wonderful time doing Disneyworld and the new EPIC Universe park. Karen was very helpful for our group and provided countless helpful tips for kids (I have a 7 and 9 year old) and how to handle the Florida heat as well as more unknown things to do in the parks. We had some technical issues with the Disney app and my ticket not lining up correctly for lightning lane and she called and fixed it for us before it was even an issue. She was very informative, sent some fun mail for the kids to get even more excited about the trip and was always available when needed. We couldn't have asked for a better agent to help us out. Beautiful trip! Saw amazing views and story book landscapes! From the mountains and hills and Hobbiton in New Zealand, to the Opera House, harbor and Great Barrier Reef in Australia, it was even more exciting than we even expected! Karen delivered everything on our bucket list!

Karen put together a perfect cruise package for this nervous, first-time cruiser. We got off on land every day, at beautiful destinations with fun things to do. The jet skiing excursion was a blast and the private beach club was the perfect addition to our trip! This will definitely not be the last time we use Karen!

Karen planned the ideal get away with the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. One minute we were full throttle on jet skis in Caribbean waters and the next we were resting peacefully at the secluded beach club after enjoying lobster at the VIP restaurant and drinks in the infinity pool. The choice of cruise line that catered to adults was ideal. We enjoyed balcony views from our room, peaceful sunsets, fine dining, evening drinks and dancing.
When we thought, we might have to rearrange the trip due to a funeral. Karen worked with the Cruise Line and travel insurance company and provided options for refund/cancelation and was even able to arrange for an early disembark and flight back from the island. It was a relief to have someone working for us and clarifying options and making arrangements on our behalf. Karen will be doing all our travel planning from now on. We've already started planning a trip to Europe!

Our girls equally enjoyed the golf cart, picnic tables, pools, Chip n' Dale campfires, as they did going into the parks. The list of recommended attractions at Epcot and Magic Kingdom made it very easy for us to prioritize where to go on our park days. Karen also did a great job of giving us helpful packing tips (tablecloth, lights for the golf cart, etc) and fun little add ons really made the trip a success. Thank you!
