Ann is an amazing travel agent! She helped us plan our first cruise. Anyone who has cruised knows the overwhelming amount of options and information to sort through. I was lost, but she helped us to pick and plan what was right for our family at the stage we are in and what she knew to be the best overall- from highlighting the options/cruise lines that go into Glacier Bay National Park (which was AMAZING), to the special packages, the route, recommended excursions, events and food to look out for on the ship…all of it! Ann has a fantastic combination of personal cruise experience solo and with and without kids along with trip planning knowledge/skills to help you plan your perfect trip. Following our initial meeting, she was always there to answer my questions and would often go a step further than I expected with her answers and recommendations. She provided reminders along the way (like making sure we had applied for passports on time!) to make sure we stayed on track for a smooth experience. I highly recommend using Ann to plan your next cruise or trip!

We were traveling with family friends, two grandparents, a young kid, and a baby, and Ann STILL managed to make the trip magical for every member of our party! Ann arranged a cabin in the most convenient location, with the perfect view of Alaska’s sights! I can’t imagine booking a cruise without Ann’s help and am already itching to go on another trip with her help!

Ann helped me find a great cruise option for a mother and daughter cruise. We had an amazing time and are now booking through Ann again for our upcoming Thanksgiving cruise with family and friends. We are back from our Europe trip and I have to tell you, it was AMAING!! We started in London and our kids and granddaughter met us there. We stayed at the Other House Kensington. What a great hotel and 2 minute walk from the subway, which we rode often! The first night we went sightseeing including Westminster Abbey, Hyde Park and so much more! Then had meat pies for dinner!! YUM! Saturday we took the Big Bus Hop on Hop Off, tour where they have audio, to hear about everything you are seeing, We actually rode for a while in the morning and then again at night since you can hop on at your own schedule. We went to High Tea at the Park House, holy cow, that was such a great experience, beautiful place, amazing food and the service was top notch! We rode the London Eye, at night. What a beautiful experience! Highly recommend! We then took the train to Germany to stay with our kids for a few days since they live there. To catch our flight back home we took the train to Amsterdam to see a bit of the Netherlands as well, We stayed at the Park Plaza Victoria. Such a great hotel! Location, is perfection! Right on the canal, tram and subway and plenty of shopping and restaurants outside the door, Beautiful hotel and the people were so incredibly nice!! They make great drinks too! LOL We took a canal tour that included wine and cheese, made our own candy bars with personalized labels at Tony's chocolate, had Dutch Apple Pie at Winkle 43 (must do) for lunch and Dutch pancakes for dinner! And then did the Heineken tour and personalized our own beer, and of course , enjoyed he free one that they offered! Don't worry, we got our steps to make up for all of the great food! I will never try to book my own trips again!! Ann is my go to person for life! I just tell her what I have in mind and just like that, we have a wonderful experience!! Its magic!!
