I can't say enough good things about the incredible experience our travel agent created for us on our recent trip to Jamaica! From the moment of planning, she was professional, attentive, and communication was abundant. Every detail was taken care of—from airport transfers to excursions and even restaurant recommendations. Our itinerary was seamless, and we felt so well taken care of the entire time. Highlights from our trip included a river tubing experience, ATV's on the beach, 5 star massages, a night out on the town and spending lazy afternoons on the beach/pool with a drink in hand. The local culture, music, and food were unforgettable, and we wouldn’t have discovered half of it without your guidance. Martine provided exceptional service organizing my getaway to the Bahamas. Firstly, she was accepting of my last-minute travel request and was later able to accommodate the requested changes to my last-minute request when choosing to add on a traveler. I really don't travel out of the country much but when I do, I sure want an agent like Martine who knows what they are doing logistically speaking, is organized, professional, and thorough with details.

We had a family emergency that required me to travel internationally. Martine happily helped in this pinch and at a moment’s notice. Although, I tried to remain calm, I, was full of stress , anxiety and worry. It was hard for me to make a decision.
