For a trip to Greece with our son who just graduated from high school, I wanted a travel agent to help us navigate all the Covid-related requirements as well as plan a fun trip for our family. Colette was great to work with, taking time to get to know our family preferences in developing an initial itinerary, and very patiently adjusting it in response to my feedback until we settled on a final itinerary. I am a very detail-oriented person, so I appreciated Colette's timely and thorough response to all my follow-up questions, and her clear and organized instructions for travel. We just returned from our trip and had a fabulous time, stayed at some amazing villas & hotel in Athens and enjoyed some great "food walking tours" in Crete and Athens. Everything went smoothly, and I particularly appreciated Colette's responsiveness throughout - any time we had a question we just emailed her, and got a response within 24 hours (remarkable given the time difference).

We have worked with Colette for multiple trips and she always hits it out of the park. This time I didn’t even have a specific destination in mind. I just knew I wanted to take our one year old daughter on the trip with us. Colette sent multiple itineraries and gave great suggestions to help narrow down the location. In the end, we chose Northern Italy (Milan, Verona, the Dolomites). Colette gave me great advice on things we should add or avoid to make traveling with a one year old doable—I was thankful for everything we added: baby’s own seat on the airplane and renting a car instead of tours for flexibility. Colette booked us amazing accommodations along the way as always! I could not recommend her services more-she does a great job every single time

Fantastic 19 day vacation in Lisbon, Barcelona, and Bilbao! Colette arranged the best vacation for us, as first-time visitors to Spain and Portugal. We discussed what we were imagining and what we enjoy doing and she put together a thorough plan that met (and exceeded) our requests.
