I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with Krystal Kelly. I left a message asking for Krystal to give me a call. I also gave her some basic criteria that I was looking for. 1 week, somewhere hot, a direct flight were the essentials. She got back to me to confirm what I was looking for. I told her that price wasn’t really an issue but I didn’t want to go crazy. Within a matter of a couple of hours she had 2 5 star resorts picked out and after I confirmed which one I was most interested in she made all the arrangements. ChaChing on the credit card and a few days later I was flying to Mexico. Yes, a few days later! Krystal realized that I was nervous about traveling by myself. She went out of her way to make sure everything went off without a hitch and I lost count of the number of times that she reached out to make sure that everything was okay. I had a great vacation. I knew that if anything went askew that she was only an email or call away.

Just got back from a wonderful cruise that Krystal arranged for me. In our initial chat I outlined my basic wish list, she had some suggestions and we went from there. I stayed in a lovely hotel before the cruise, the ship was all that I was looking for and I had a great time. I’ll definitely be using her services for my next adventure.

Thank you Krystal for planning a wonderful Mother/Daughter trip to St. Lucia Coconut Bay all inclusive resort. Just thinking about all the details of planning this trip seemed very daunting. When I first initiated contact with Krystal I knew I was in good hands. She asked questions about timing, budget, what we wanted out of our vacation. She quickly replied to all our questions and concerns with detailed information even if it was after working hours or on a weekend. She communicated immediately of any flight changes etc. Her knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail is impressive. I highly recommend her for any travel arrangements you may require.

I 1000% recommend Krystal for any travel plans! She helped me book two trips in the last year, one extensive trip in the North of France and one all inclusive in Cuba. She is absolutely amazing and effective. Her advice and guidance are thorough and you truly feel taken care of and in good hands. For France she helped me book my flights, my accommodations and car rental. She shared all relevant information prior to my trip (for example taxis from the airport is a fixed rate to the hotel, the price only varies depending on which side of the Seine you are on). I only have good things to say. 5 stars!!!

First time working with Krystal. We found her to be extremely attentive to our needs, her organization skills were amazing. Really enjoyed the detailed emails she would send, super organized and easy to follow. She was quick at her replies and provided very detailed honest answers in regards to each hotel recommendation I would share. We will be booking with her again in the near future.

We wanted a trip where everything was planned out ahead of time so that we did not have to worry about details when we got there. From the plane, to the airport transfers, to the extra side trips we wanted to sort out, Krystal had excellent suggestions, had everything sorted out, and all the little information details she included in our travel packet were well used and appreciated. Krystal has been an exceptional gift to our family. We were planning our first trip to France and the Olympics and we were feeling overwhelmed with the trains and such to get between our European countries on our itinerary. Krystal provided quick options for us, remaining in great communication the whole way along. She was so available and exceptional that my daughter and her friend reached out to her to assist with their European travels and Krystal helped them quickly and without hesitation.
