Nancy is super knowledgeable, customer focused, patient, accommodating as well as wonderful to work with. She researched and found us the best most economical options to maximize our dollars and cover the most territory with the broadest possible variety of amenities, in the limited travel time frame we had, and gave exceptional guidance on food options and excursions. She even helped with recommendations for transfers to and from hotels, airports and ports. She is awesome and we are so pleased with the trip we experienced. There was something for each member of our family of four. She even warned us about pitfalls and how to avoid some of them and navigate through others. Brilliant recommendations on and off the ship. We had a very good experience from the booking with very helpful advices for our trip to the availability for questions and help during our stay. We booked a cruse and also an all inclusive and both were up to our standards!

All phone calls ans emails are returned with minimal delay. She has built many valuable relationships with reps in the travel industry and always knows who to turn to if she herself can’t answer your question.
