This was our first overseas trip. Tanya was excellent in suggesting options as we weren't sure what we wanted. We had mobility concerns and needed accessable rooms. Tanya arranged the hotels. We had train journeys. Tanya got tickets and arranged support for us to get on the right train. When we had a concern with the accessibility of one of the hotels Tanya was excellent in responding in a timely manner and provided options to address our concerns. Overall Ms. Bara is amazingly responsive to emails, resourceful in researching options and dedicated to making your vacation a success

We traveled as a family of 9 to Riu Sante Fe and Riu Palace for a week following Christmas with our children aged 17-25. We all had the best time! Tanya made this whole process so easy and seamless. I was worried about travelling and organizing this many people but everything was executed to perfection. We received all or information in a timely manner, with all the details laid out including APPS we needed to download to access everything during our trip. eg. Movies on the plane, check in for the hotel to save us waiting in line, transportation vouchers to an from the airport. etc. Tanya was always available for any questions we had, before, during and even up to the moment we were heading home. At the last minute we chose to take a private ride back to the airport and she pivoted and organized a great ride that saved us so much time and money! Tanya has great communication, connections and knows what families need to have a great vacation! I will absolutely be using her again for any of our next vacays! Truly the Best!

Tanya does it again! We’ve booked multiple vacations with Tanya. She always knocks it out of the park. Not always easy coordinating multiple families, but she does it with with grace & patience. Already looking forward to our next adventure.

10/10 as always for Tanya! From the very beginning, she was absolutely amazing and truly cared about every single detail of our trip, our wants, needs, and budget were all met perfectly. She listens, she cares, and she makes sure everything is exactly how you want it. Tanya honestly feels more like a friend than a travel agent with the way she treats her clients. You never feel like “just another booking” she makes you feel valued, supported, and taken care of every step of the way. Even while we were in the Dominican Republic, when I needed help trying to change our flight, Tanya jumped in immediately. Although the change didn’t end up being successful (which was totally okay and worked out in the end), she still called on our behalf and handled all the work when I couldn’t reach them myself. That kind of dedication is rare. This is our third time booking with Tanya, and she continues to exceed expectations every single time. If you want stress-free travel with someone who truly has your back, I cannot recommend Tanya enough — she is truly the best! ?

Tanya made our first ever family holiday seamless and easy! All we had to do was read the itinerary and follow the step by step daily plans from flights to resort to back home at the end of the trip. I would highly recommend Tanya if you just want to show up to your flight and have everything taken care of.

Hotel needs work..the rooms.not the greatest .alacart restaurant s were closed alot ..sportsbar same..infinity adult pool was beautiful enjoyed that..I wouldn't stay there again. Needs some updating for sure .

Portugal was beautiful and unforgettable, but Porto and Lagos stole my heart. When we go back we won’t vidit four cities because packing up and traveling from one city to another ate into our vacation time. If I could do it again, I’d stick to just Porto and Lagos. For both, the area in which the hotel was located was super walkable day or night alone or together. Felt so safe!! Porto was absolutely breathtaking, like stepping into a dream. The hills, cobblestone streets, architecture, sunsets, and incredible food made it unforgettable. Pictures don’t do it justice. Lagos had stunning crystal-clear waters, dramatic cliffs, perfect weather, and delicious fresh-caught fish. Being by the ocean there was an experience in itself. As for the other two cities and the accommodations: our hotel in Coimbra had charm but very outdated, with kids size twin beds and poor AC so the nights were sweaty and uncomfortable. Lisbon, on the other hand, had a updated hotel with thoughtful touches like welcome shooters and desserts in our room. The hotel had a finger licking good hearty breakfast and it was near restaurants. Not very walkable area though. In hindsight, I would have skipped Lisbon and Coimbra altogether though. Car services were both top notch, pick up and drop off. Super impressive service, timelines and professnalism. The tours were so valuable to us and gave us an appreciation for the history, culture, architecture etc... I'd definitely do those again or something similar.

This was our second trip booked with Tanya, and once again, she has exceeded our expectations. Our first trip was a multi-generation family vacation to Mexico, perfectly organized from start to finish. This time, she planned an incredible European cruise adventure that was absolutely unforgettable. Tanya has been my go to travel rep since 2021. To say she's been threw some shit with my family would be an understatement, but somehow she solves all my issues without ever interrupting my vacation time/plans. Together we have navigated threw at least a half a dozen vacation bookings, 2 missed connection flights due to flight delays, lost luggage, covid quarantine in Mexico, bookings and rebookings and many many hotels bookings. Our favorite trip planned with Tanya was our Royal Cruise in 2024. She was efficient and dedicated to fulfilling our wants and needs which isn't always easy for my family (myself youngest is autistic). I recommend Tanya to any family with complex or special needs to book with Tanya she will do her absolute best to plan the best vacation for everyone involved.

Tanya is very accessible and handles all queries, booking and travel plans, payment, etc, any special needs very well. We felt well looked after and knew she was always available for extra queries, and I'm sure would be right there on top of it should something unexpected occur.

Tanya is an absolute gem! I’ve booked a handful of trips with her (Mediterranean cruise, Jamaica, Bahamas, Mexico etc..) and every single time, she knocks it out of the park. Thanks to Tanya, our family enjoyed a fantastic vacation to the Riviera Maya over Spring Break. As anyone who has planned a vacation knows, there's an overwhelming number of resorts to choose from and particularly with all-inclusive vacations, the quality of the resort can make or break the entire trip. Tanya made the whole process so smooth and easy for us - from recommending and sourcing the hotels based on our preferences to helping us book our trip and liaise with the airlines and shuttle companies, to coordinating all of our travel details into one easy to access document. It took the stress from planning away knowing she is an expert in the area. Was an amazing first trip as a family and it being our kids first time to Disneyland. We may got rained on the first day, but that did not take the magic out as we made so many memories.

Tanya booked everything for us, answered all our questions before & during the trip. Great working with her. The cruise was very rough & rained the whole time but that had nothing to do with Tanya.

I am late posting from hitting it hard at work with very long hrs from returning from my wonderful trip in Sept. but I wanted to share my experience. My friend and I took our sons and friend to the Moon Palace/Sunrise for Graduation and Tanya made everything perfect for us. She took care of everything like a little surprise that was sent to our room, a cheese/meat platter with champagne and balloons for us to say congratulations! She requested two rooms in the Mango building, however we ended up in 4006/4007' all I can say is awesome!! This was supposed to be a ocean view room but it was so close you might as well say ocean front. I am already missing the Moon Palace and can't wait to go back. Thank you Tanya, for taking care of us, handling everything and making sure everything was perfect, I just wanted to say Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Good morning! We've returned from our unforgettable vacation to Cancun. Tanya helped me out from day one and answered EVERY single question I had- and boy did I have a lot!!! Not only that, she went above and beyond to make sure we felt like special guests by getting us into a restaurant that required reservations but had no more availability to getting us a bottle of champagne, some roses and a charcuterie board delivered to our room.
The resort itself was immaculate, they had the best customer service and was so very well organized. They made us feel so welcome the second we walked in to check in. I highly recommend doing the dolphin encounter if you have small children, and doing the private dinner on the beach.
I really cannot wait to plan my next vacation!

I wanted to thank Tanya Bara for recommending Sun Palace. My family and I enjoyed it very much. This specific resort fit us very well. My kids are all over the age of 18 and are mature for their age and like a more relaxed setting with not so many people.
We loved the Ekbalam tour and Tulum tour offered by sun was wonderful. If you like adventure Xcaret fire at night was bomb! Wish we could have stayed longer.

When I first started looking for a family resort in Cancun, I was so lost with all the options, my anxiety and fear of having my family of 5 visiting for the first time made it twice as stressful! Tanya reached out to me with some great options and offered trip advice that made her too good to be true! So we booked! When we got to the resort she yelled my name and it was like seeing a family member for the first time in a long time! She made sure that my entire family was taken care of! She was awesome! The resort was absolutely perfect. I can go on all day about how much we love and appreciate her! She’s not fake, or a fraud or someone who wants your money! She is a loving mother, wife, daughter and now a friend of ours that we are blessed to have! She even invited us to spend a day on a huge yacht with her family and other clients in the area!
