Best travel agent I have ever worked with

Millisa is a detailed oriented, creative problem solver that everyone needs in an agent. She was able to get us a great deal on a European cruise with lovely upgrades and then during the world Catholic pilgramage in Rome, find us an amazing 2 bedroom apartment 5 minutes from the Vatican and reasonably priced. During our trip the Italian trains had gone on strike the day our cruise ship disembarked, and while I tried to find transportation online, Millisa found us private car at half the price I could find. She is a pleasure to work with!!

Melissa was absolutely awesome! She answered every single question I had and I had a lot! ?? No matter how small or detailed my questions were, she was patient, thorough, and always got back to me quickly.
She helped us plan an amazing family graduation trip to Mexico that turned out to be such a memorable first experience. Everything was organized perfectly, and we didn’t have to stress about a thing. She also provided great recommendations for local transfers and fun activities, which made the trip even more enjoyable and seamless.
We had such a fantastic time that we booked again the following year this time for another graduation combined with an anniversary celebration in a different location. Once again, everything was handled beautifully.
We cannot wait to book again and venture somewhere new! Melissa truly makes milestone celebrations stress free and unforgettable. Highly recommend.

With the current fuel crisis in Cuba a quick decision had to be made to change our vacation destination , Milissa made sure everything was a seamless transition for us from 1 destination to the other. As long as she is a travel agent she is our person!!!

I can’t recommend Milissa Pineau enough! She is incredibly patient (especially with someone like me who can’t always make up their mind ??). No matter how many questions I have or how many times I change directions, she always responds with kindness and professionalism.
Her knowledge about destinations, resorts, and travel details is amazing. I truly feel confident in the choices I make because she takes the time to explain everything and make sure it’s the right fit.

Great Family Cruise
