Carrie was wonderful! She took the time to really get to know my family to help us plan out a fantastic trip to Universal. Even though we were mostly going for Harry Potter world, she gave excellent recommendations on other rides we should check out as long as we are there. Would for sure use Carrie again for future trips!

Carrie really went above and beyond when we needed special services to enjoy the parks and she encouraged me to ask for what we needed to help our trip go smoothly as well as connected me the right resources.
