Jody is personable, professional and a gem at finding and coordinating trips. She has set up both an independent trip and a tour company trip for me. Both were the best without flaws.

Jody has been a life saver for us when unexpected events occurred, looking for alternative methods of completing a trip without cancellation, and helping us cancel a trip due to a family situation mandating that we stay home.
