Great all-inclusive in Jamaica

Stayed at the Hyatt Zilara Rose Hill, adult only all inclusive resort in Jamaica. Rae was more than accommodating with my multiple requests for multiple resorts. We were not sure where we wanted to stay and or even go when our trip planning began. Rae provided details on various resorts and was very upfront about where she had traveled to and what resorts she knew the best. Her insight was invaluable and her patience was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend her if you are looking to book travel in the future, we would definitely use her again in a heartbeat.

It was beautiful and besides being stranded in Newark on the way home I was just a bit miffed that we weren’t near our friends that we booked with. Sandals told us they would look into moving us closer but never heard from front desk during our stay.

In 2023 we met Rae at a bridal show, she has stuck with us ever since! When we met Rae she told us what she knew and was 100% honest about everything. She was not one to be pushy/persuasive in anyway! She let you pick and choose where you wanted to go and what you wanted to do! Any time we had a question she would get back to you asap and help out as much as possible. When it came to paying and figuring out excursions, she was right there to help and get you any information as possible! Even the week of the trip or on the plane she was there to help!
