Last year I wanted to plan a surprise trip for my wife milestone birthday. We had talked about wanting to try a cruise at some point. I did some research and got connected with Rick! From then on he was helpful with a ton of questions that I am sure he answers on the daily, but always made time for me which was so appreciated. He got us booked and it did not end there he checked in just prior to us leaving and while on our trip to make sure we were all joying it and did not need anything and it is those little touches that go along way for me anyways. We were not sure what we would think of cruising but we loved and are hooked.
