I can't say enough about Laurel! I have now booked 2 trips with her and she has been able to make each one perfect (to her abilities). I am a solo female traveler with food allergies. On my last vacation I fell and sprained my ankle badly and had to go into the hospital. She guided me through how to use travel insurance and checked in on me regularly to ensure I was ok. She made sure I had the help and assistance all the way through. I won't book another vacation without her.

As a single woman travelling from Canada to Australia - literally the other side of the world - I can honestly say I have never experienced travel planning like this before. Getting our dream of attending a big family reunion in Germany off the ground needed a little help. Laurel Lepin to the rescue! An email, a phone chat, and an in-depth in-person meeting launched our planning adventure. Laurel asked questions and gave answers that clarified for us how we would combine a 3 day family reunion and a 3700 km road trip around Germany to stay with family hosts and sight-see on our own. She put us to work pinning down time frames and destinations and soon she had our flights, lovely hotels, and our rental car booked, as well as travel insurance for our peace of mind. She worked around my specific mobility needs and flexibly responded to several changes in our itinerary due to family changes. Because she was so efficient and organized we felt confident that all was planned well in advance and we could focus on anticipating our Great German Journey. 29 days last summer overseas was not a rest, but it was THE BEST!
